On - - I visited a dentist to have a -. The dentist had a plan for me to redue my complete mouth cost -. they said I could get a care credit card for part of the cost. The next day - - I went to have my - they scared me said my teeth were - and I could have a - -. I agreed to the - and signed what I thought was a electronic signature machine for the dental insurance. They again pushed for care credit I said NO I said call my wife and she said No.She said just - and at a later time when I felt better maybe I might do more. When I got home she looked at the paper then was a sales draft for care credit dated - -. On - -, my wife called and canceled the card. The next day my wife verified the card was canceled and they had not paid any money. I filed a fraud form with care credit and sent a letter of explaination. - - I received a letter saying they paid the dentist $3000.00. The card was canceled but the dentist got it re instated, how?????
