I purchased furniture in -. They delayed a portion of my furniture which caused me to want to cancel my order. In order to keep my business, they discounted my purchase and I took the portion that was available with me. The portion that came with me did not fit so I returned it a day later and was refunded the amount. The discount never reflected on the credit card while the return did, so even when I finished paying my card off and closed it out, they still show a balance and I am getting late charges.
