GE Capital Retail Credit card department,
Synchrony Bank overcharged me by $100.00 on - -, 2015 and has failed to refund my money. I keep calling them and they say they sent me a refund check but I never got it. I called numerous times. It is very difficult to get a hold of a person because of the way they have their automated phone system set up and when I finally do get a hold of someone, such as the last time I called, which was today, and spoke with -, I got told things like, we issued the check on - -, but please keep in mind that it takes 10 to 15 business days to receive the check ''. When I pull up the calendar and tell her that 10 to 15 business days already past last week, she says she is not the postal service and can not help me. When I ask her to confirm to me via email that this check was sent out she says she ca n't help me. So then I have to ask to speak to a manager and then get put on hold again. When the manager finally gets on the phone he tells me that the customer service representative gave me incorrect information and that the check was mailed - - and I should get it by next week at the latest. This has happened repeatedly. The overcharge was in - and I have been calling Synchrony Bank numerous times since then.
