Improper contact or sharing of info Contacted me after I asked not to Alabama

The lady keeps calling over and over and will not tell me what the debt is about but keeps asking for my personal information. I asked her not to call anymore and she will stop for a few days and then start calling every day again. I do not even know what bill this is about.
