My complain is not against any financial institution reporting accounts updates to credit bureaus, but against -. It is clear at this point that - has a serious issue at its process/computer system since the same update sent to all credit bureaus just got the erroneous status at my - credit report. Here is the issue : I got a bankruptcy case filled on - ( chapter - ), which I got dismissed on -/-/-, so currently no further information about this case should be present in my credit report. What happened - already this year with different financial institutions were - accounts reported as closed and no matter if this account was part of the chapter - case mentioned here or not, - included this update in my report as a derogatory/adverse account, even with the Pay Status '' listed as


from the account closing date reported. Contacting - is the most painful process ever. The call is answered oversees by customer service representatives that work based on the script they have been trained without any deeper knowledge about the credit report info and bankruptcy rules in US. I started a dispute via online process, submitted all the necessary documentation, got the account fixed in my credit reported as expected, but after - days the same account was listed as adverse again. After several calls I finally was able to talk to a supervisor here in US, but instead of understanding the issue and acknowledge as a - issue, the supervisor requested a communication from the finance institution to fix the account in my report, basically removing the account from my report. I got the first financial institute account reporting fixed and my FICO was calculated correctly. Now, another closed account reported end up listed as adverse again and I started another dispute process, where - still not fixing the error on its said and still contacting the financial institution as part of the dispute, like the error was related to the account reported and not on the way - is erroneously processing/listing the account update in my report. For this reason I decided to contact CFPB and put a complaint against -. My next step will be look for legal assistance to take any possible action against the burn - is causing to FICO / credit report.
