Wells Fargo Credit card department,
Wells Fargo never sent a bill for my $31.00 payment for - 2015. I looked for it. It never came. I moved and sent my new address to them on the other wells fargo bill that i had. They sent me a bill for the $31.00 and - charge and a $25.00 late fee. It was due - -. I called - -, spoke to a lady named - and told her how they never sent a bill then - billed and gave a late fee. She said just send $63.00 today and i will remove late fee. I gave my bank card numbers. It was paid. In - Wells Fargo sent me a new bill for $92.00 with a $35.00 late fee and past due amount of $21.00. I called and a man from Wells Fargo told me that she made a mistake, the late fee gets deducted from the total amount and that i owe $92.00. I told him thats not fair, they never sent me a bill and almost $100.00 for the month is a lot to pay for a bill thats only $900.00 .He says well you can send - now and the other before the -. I sent $40.00 at that time. They sent me a note asking for $25.00 more. I sent a check for $25.00. They sent a new bill for $100.00 charging a past due amount of $52.00 and a $35.00 late fee. I called the service says i owe $83.00 by - -. I feel the late fees are unfair. why didnt they say the right amount in the last letter? What happened to - bill? I should not have been charged late fees. All of this is on my credit report also. These increases and late fees are unfair. Can you help? Thank You -
