I have already filed a complaint against this company once, the case number is -. I started receiving phone calls again from a gentleman named - -. This time I was able to get an address to their company so I can file a written verification for validation. The agent began yelling at me when I questioned the address he gave me. The address he gave me was - - - - - -, DE -, but that address actually belongs to a company named - - - -. I did verify with that company their address. - - began threatening me with someone coming to my home and seeing me and also filing a lawsuit against me immediately if I do not pay. He continued to cuss me out and yell telling me i was a fraud, he then told me that he was going to call everyone he could connect to me and let them know I was a fraud and I write bad checks. He then blurted out my social security number to me telling me he was in control of my information. There is no written proof of any debt that I have like that. I filed a complaint with my Attorney Generals office, and they told me Delaware Solutions is not a licensed collection agency, and they were already investigating this company and for myself to not offer up any information to the company.
