I have been getting continuous calls from a - party debt collections in regards to a - account that was opened under my name in - while I was in Texas. I have sent in the requested proof of residences and identification to them about a month or so ago. Calls stopped for about a week and then started back up. I have spoken with them again and they are now asking for a police report of the incident, I went to my local police department in Texas and they are telling me because of the time and situation i would have to file with the - police department for that claim. I am not able to just fly over to - to make a police report. So when I called back they said well we are out of options and transfer me to another person that tells me the same thing until I magically get disconnected. I then went and called - and after hours of phone calls from them and finding out there are no local branches here in Texas they sent me here to file a complaint.
