I was a - - customer for over - years and canceled my service in -. I returned all the time - - in -. We paid the last monthly bill and at the time of the return was told I had retuned everything. There was nothing to pay the day I returned the equipment. Today I received a call from Stellar Recovery , Inc. -, MT - which I was later told is a Division of - - -, and requested to pay a $22.00 Bill Plus a $9.00 Transaction Fee. I paid the bill and fee because they threatened to report this bill to the credit bureau. They also said they could send me a bill in - days but then I would be past 60 days ( for a bill that has n't been sent ) and I would have already been reported to the credit bureaus. Having never missed a payment in my entire life and having done business with - - since - of 1982, I was greatly upset. I never received a final bill in the mail and the person from the recover company could not or would not provide me an explanation of what this bill was for. So I 've paid a bill I 've never received and ca n't verify what I was billed for. The recover company left a message on my phone with an automated message not referencing that this was in regard to the final - - -. - - has not returned my call this morning to explain to me what I was billed for.
