I was notified by them that negative information was put on my records with the credit agencies. I checked it out and found that a collection company name Stellar Recovery had put on my records with the credit reporting companies that I was in collections. This was the first that I knew about this. I called Stellar Recovery and according to them, - on - of 2015 assigned them an account to collect in my name. Stellar Recovery told me that the - Account number was - and they told me that this account was for - - - in -. I told Stellar Recovery that I am - years old, never been in - and lived my whole life in Washington State. I further told them that I am, I am a - when this took place. I shared that I have - when this happened and not in -. They told me that they would close out the account but that I had to contact -.

I called and asked - to tell me the correct number and they could only give me the fax number that does not work. As a result I mailed them everything and I still have not heard from them and my credit is being hurt because of them.
