Enhaned Recovery called my house repeatedly outside the hours of -. Additionally, although credit collection agencies have the ability to remove collections accounts from credit reports, they refused to removed our very small, PAID debt of $120.00 ( accidentally overlooked as we moved ) and claimed that the FTC requires them to accurately report the account ( which they did, it is marked as paid ) however they outright refuse to remove this tiny colelctions debt from our credit report and they refuse to let me speak to anyone other than their Operations Manager. ''
