On -/-/2015 I received a letter from - -, - - - - -, - -, Ca -. The letter claimed that I owed - on a storage unit. I have never obtained a storage unit from this company. I called their number - three times during business hours. No one answered. I left - separate messages. I never received a response. On -/-/2015 I received a letter from a collection agency Allied Interstate. I am now in the process of disputing this charge with the collection agency. I am completely without fault. Yet, I now have to spend my time disputing these charges because - - has failed to do their job.
