Citibank Debt collection department,

Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid New York

I remember paying off best buy credit card last year then all of a sudden I owed them like a - dollars. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and paid it again. Now the same thing is happening where I supposedly owe them funds and its non sense. I paid them off. The credit rep tells me it bounced several months ago and the best buy rep that details purchases and credit card statements does not see where or why I owe money. - reps are baffled as to why the payments are leaving as a check ... I never wrote them a check. Something criminal is happening here.
