Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California

CMRE Financial Services ( - ) reported to - a debt of $350.00 which is not mine. I called and gave my date of birth, which they said does n't match the original medical bill but they demand my -, drivers license, and other documents to correct. I feel this is not - or - -, and it is THEIR duty to remove such libelous report knowing it is not my debt. I offered to at most provide a redacted copy of my driver 's license. I plan to sue them if they do n't remove the erroneous report.
