I received a call from - - from Premier Portfolio and she stated to me that I owe a payday loan which I opened back -/-/-. However, I never applied for a payday loan from this company and I was enrolled with Payday consoldation company which everything was paid off. When I asked her for a letter showing me what I owe, she gave me a hard way to go. I then asked her to email me this information to my email address which I provided to her. I asked her will it be within the hour. I also informed her that I have also contacted my attorney and the attorney general 's office. She asked me for the last - digits of my social security number which I did not provide for her. She stated to me that information was sent to my home and it is showing that I received it back on -/-/-. I then asked her for the company name and she then told me that they would not have my information because this company forward to this company. I told her that within Maryland law, if any consumer owes a debt, then a disclaimer is read before a conversation. I told her that I believe that this is a scam and I am contacting my attorney with this information. She told me that she wanted my attorney 's phone number and I asked her if you are willing to provide this information to my attorney then why would you deny me the right to have this information in front of me. I told her that I would like to have this in my email. I still have not received this information through my email. I want to file a compliant and ask that this company not call me anymore.
