On -/-/- at approximately - I received a call from - - with advance collections bureau in regards to account - creditor - - $1700.00 I was very confused when I received his call I had no idea what he was taking about I asked - to please provide documentation for what he was taking about he later sent me an email with a move out invoice a lease agreement from - - apartments after I review the information I recognize the account o signed 6 months lease for apartment number - - - with - - apartments in -/-/-. 2 weeks into the lease the apartment upstairs cought on fire and I was ask to move out because my apartment had water damage and the roof could collapse. Now a year later I receive a call from a collection agency claiming I have a past due balance with - - apartments for apartment number - please note I never signed a lease for apartment number -. The lease I sign was for apartment number -. Today -/-/- I received another email from - with a different amount of $1000.00 but again no lease agreement for apartment number -. He sent me a copy of the lease agreement for apartment - where it shows clearly that someone changed the number - to a -. Please see images below.
