Wells Fargo Credit card department,
I bought a bed using an interest - credit card. I had used the card for purchases in the past, but paid them off after realizing I had been mixing up my cards ( statements attached for -/-/- ). In -/-/-, I used an -, forgetting this card was still linked to my - account. Realizing my error, I paid off the uber charges immediately. The charges did n't fall off the account, despite payments made. I made several payments, but was charged an interest fee ( -/-/- and -/-/- Statement attached ). I contacted the bank ( Wells Fargo National Bank ) and was told I needed to make all payments within a - day window, so payments made before that window are ignored. I spoke with an employee and a supervisor.
