On -/-/15 I requested validation ; received no response. On -/-/15 I requested validation again ; this time received response. However, IQ Data provided a print screen from their data base ; not an accounting of my payment history. For example, I have no clue what termination fees '' or expense bad debt '' charges entail ; non-refundable cleaning fees '' -what did they have to clean? ; Fees Late Payment '' - from what month? There is no way to determine where my security deposit was applied. Furthermore they are showing my - - daughters as roommates.
