Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Ohio

We are getting automated dialer robo calls from Focus Receivables, phone number - asking us to call back. We have gotten calls on our home phone and cell phone. We have no debt and believe the calls are in error. When I called the number back, I was put on hold and after eight minutes I hung up. I strongly object to this waste of time to resolve an issue that could have been dealt with immediately had a live person come on the line when I answered the phone.
