I spoke with people from Knights adjustment in Utah about a debt owed to University - Utah - -. They vioated FDCPA twice by1. Call at or around - -/-/15 when i was speaking with - - - - when he didnt read a MM to me until after me asking to speak to a supervisor. I was then hung up on. 2.Upon speaking to supervisor - at or around - when verally speaking to him.. - read me a MM without confirming any of my personal information. -. Avoiding talking to me upon several calls being ignored by them, and several calls being hung up on by them. Information was released without confirmation of whom they were speaking too, as well as the mini-miranda disclosure was not verbally stated upon initial oral contact after confirming my identity. Also the lack of respect, and communication from Knights adjustment to myself.
