I requested verification of debt owed on - -, 2014 from CACH , LLC via certified USPS letter which was signed for and accepted on - -. CACH , LLC did not respond to the request and has now threatened to sue me and continues to harass me in person ; they sent an individual driving - sedan to follow me when I am walking my dog and constantly take pictures of my roommate and I even after we requested that they stop.
