- - - - Company wrongfully overcharged me. I cancelled the policy and filed a complaint with the New York Department - - - which is conducting an investigation. Due to the fact that I cancelled the policy, - refuses to correct its error as a harassment tactic. It has hired Credit Collection Services ( CCS ) to harass me to pay money it knows I do n't owe. CCS has been informed that I dispute this alleged debt, but continues to harass me in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
