Wells Fargo Credit card department,
I applied for a wells fargo propel card on - - 2015. I had to spend - in 3 months to receive - bonus points. I completed my required spending in -/-/- and my bonus points were shown as pending to post - -. I also called -/-/- to ask when they would post - i was told - -. They did n't post and i called back - - - the lady said they would post - -. I verified on the website that it was now changed to - -. I called in - - when they did n't post and was told they would post - -. My complaint is that they are not posting in the time their fine print said, as well as they would not return phone calls as promised ( i spent over 3 hours on the phone through 6 phone calls all pertaining to this ). In addition, my points have still not posted even though i held up my part of the agreement - wells fargo is not holding up their agreement in their fine print under the promo i signed up for.
