Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California

I was contacted by Receivables Performance Management, LLC ( RPM ) located out of - Washington. RPM called my cell phone about - times and continued to call me - times after telling them to stop calling which was about the - phone call made to my cell phone. I have never heard from this company and have never had any account with or never given them my private mobile number. They admitted they were attempting to reach another person that I have no knowledge of.
