Citibank Debt collection department,
Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Oklahoma
I had a Sears Card thier were some issues with the card so I made an agreement to have the card cancelled and pay the debt off, I did so. Now it is showing up on my credit report as a COLLECTION. I have no idea how this happened when I honered the agreement I had with Sears.
