I submitted a dispute to Enhanced Recovery for a - - account. ERC responded to my CFPB complaint and stated they verified the account and mailed supporting documentation to me on -/-/15. I have yet receive such documentation. Without proper validation of this debt, this TL needs to be removed from all - of my reports immediately. My next step will be the Attorney General 's office.
