Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Utah
I had an auto loan with Prime Acceptance and I defaulted on it. They have since sold the debt to - - -. - - bureau is now collecting and has been since 2011. But Prime Acceptance is also still collecting and reporting the same debt. So they are double reporting. I have disputed it several times yet they claim it is valid. How can - companies collect on the same debt and that be valid? It is not based on my research.
