I complained to - when I closed my account with them that I was disappointed with their service. I was told that I would not owe any early termination fees as I was outside my early termination period. I have since then received a phone call and - letters, all from different debt collection agencies, requesting I pay an early termination fee or they 'd report it on my credit report. I instructed all - debt collectors that it is not a debt that I owe because I was told there would be no early termination fees because I was outside my contract term. - of the debt collection agencies did place it on my credit report which I had to fight to get removed.
