So I had this account and when i cancled they stilled charged me. so i ignored them which didnt work in my favor ; they reported to my credit. the company at the time was - - - who contacted me and offered a settlement in - which I Paid off. since then it has been sold to other agency 's that are still reporting unpaid. when I contact AWA they cant provide documentation of this account and are very rude on the phone. Now this account has been paid for - years now and would appreciate if they would report as such and stop harassing me.
