Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine North Carolina

I needed emergency assistance -/-/2015. For the past three month, I 'm getting calls from - - - for a dept I do not owe. When the dept collector - called I gave my information, thinking it was a mistake, I wanted to clear this matter. After speaking to the collector. I called the - - ( - ). I was told by the accounting department, I was in good standing. I had reached out to - earlier, after receiving my - bill, I was told to wait on payment due to the fact they had been submitted to my insurance. I submitted a claim to my insurance. -, they paid most of it. I made arrangements with WE. I would make - equal payments to finish off the balance. When I called the -, they confirmed, I am in good standing and I have not been sent to collections. I was advised by them not to share any more information with collector. I gave - all the information I had. I was told this information would be filed. I have reported the number several times. I have spoken to them twice to explained this to them. The last two times I have expressed the harassment I feel after getting these calls. I have expressed to them that I am still working on recuperating. Please help me with this matter.
