I -/-/- I applied for a refi. for my home through US Bank in - -, MO. Despite a - credit score at the time and having purchased the home in -/-/- and received financing from another bank, the process took 4 months! During the process I was asked repeatedly to provide the same tax information ; including a visit to a local IRS office, with a 2 hour wait, using instructions from the bank, only to be told the information obtained was unacceptable to US Bank. The process did not conclude until -. I feel I was discriminated against due to my being - -, it is hard to imagine the loaon process for all their customers would be so long and punitive.
