- - is claiming a medical service performed in - during the -/-/--/-/- time frame is mine. I live in - and had not visited the state of - in -/-/- or anytime before that. I have had no medical services performed at - ( or - for that matter ) nor have I ever visited - hospitals anywhere else. Furthermore I have had insurance coverage through an employer sponsored medical program most my adult life ( including the -/-/--/-/- time frame ), and would not have elected an out of pocket service. The debt - is claiming is not mine and needs to be removed from my credit report immediately.
