This company is reporting false negative information about me to banks and credit card companies and it 's interfering with my being able to open an account. When I contact the company, they are rude, insulting, unprofessional and provide no help whatsoever. They are also very insensitive towards me and the problems this is causing. I have contacted this company many times and provided information time and time again. They are very rude, uncooperative, insulting and insensitive to the problems they are causing by distributing slanderous and defamatory and false negative information to banks.
