Me and my husband had this Wells Fargo credit card in 2002. Myhusband made his payments on the card until he loss his job. Theyoffered us an settlement offer of 4 payments. I made all of mypayments on time. The very last payment I made was on time, butthey did n't process it until the next day. So the customer servicerep. to me I was late on my payment, so they was n't going to honorthe offer. I told them I made my payment on time. He said, '' Well we did n't get it on time, so your late and the payment offeris no longer good. '' I also tried to get the information from my bankto use but it has been more than 7 years the bank do n't have theinformation. I do n't owe them anything at all. I made my payments asagreed and they did n't keep there arrangement. The balance is -. They put it on my credit as if I never made a payment and so forth. Now they have - - - reporting there information. Thisdebt is more than 13 years old. They still manage to sell info to -to resubmit it on my credit.
