I continue to receive correspondence surrounding this account and my attorney has advised me to submit a request for this to be reflected accurately within the credit agencies. This was discharged with a bankruptcy in - 2014. I have attempted to contact this collector and have sent copies of the documentation presented here ; however, there has been no response. Therefore, I am seeking assistance with resolving this matter with the hopes that a formal complaint will initiate this correction.
