Incorrect information on credit report Account terms New York

I had an account with - like five years ago, I actually did nothing wrong whatsoever and of course there was no abuse I never abused any checking account with any institution and of course not with an account i had open maybe like three months. I had someone working for me in the an other state I was trying to sent her via ACH like - since this was a fairly new account instead of adding i was debiting her account which i adjusted immediately when I was made aware of the error at that point someone of the bank called me and was trying to scare me of and all that he was threatening me with all he could. to make a long story short they reported me to the Chex systems so I cant open a new account now cause of this issue please help me to get my records straight.
