I never received a notice of this collection or was offered the right to dispute this debt. I was denied credit before realizing this false information had been reported on my credit files. I requested validation of this debt and was ignored. LVNV Funding continues to falsely report this account as an open revolving account and re-age the account to purposely damage my credit.
