Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Illinois

FMS, Inc keeps wrting to me regarding an alleged debt to - of $200.00 for a - credit card. I have never had a - credit card. I called - and they verified that I do not and never did have an account. I have explained to FMS that their information is incorrect but they do not listen and keep harassing me.
