I have applied for Wells Fargo - and I was told by a rep, that each point I earn on the card I would be able to redeem for - cents per point. When I log in into my account I see only redemption for - cents. i called numerous times about it, but every time I 'm told bank is looking into it and they have created case # -. No other updates at all.
