Wells Fargo Credit card department,
I was billed a late fee and subsequently charged - the minimum monthly payment for - - billing period. The payment in the amount of $35.00 was made on - - ( in advance of the due date - - with confirmation ). I contacted Dillard 's Credit card, was transferred and put on hold for about - minutes. I spoke with - id # - as well as - ( Supervisor of Collections ) to remove the late fee, any additional finance charges and to correct the current minimum payment due as I was trying to make payment, - -. - advised me that they would remove the late fee but as a - courtesy but the double payment of $79.00 is still due. I asked for her manager and - refused stating she would not transfer the call further. She advised her manager 's name was - and would not give her nor his last name to reference. I was told the office was located in - - -, Iowa. Both - and - were very rude and condescending and basically stated that I should not have paid in advance and nothing would be done otherwise. I am being penalized for making a payment earlier than the due date.
