In - of this year, I received a credit alert that - amounts in the of $2100.00 and $42.00 was illegally added to my credit reports in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) by Enhanced Recovery, LLC. I sent a letter requesting validation from the company that this debt was mine, and I had never received correspondence or proof fro there company. Letter sent to Enhanced Recovery to cease collecting and delete from my credit reports on the false claim of debt is attached.
