JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I have a chase - Mileage plus club card that has a hefty $400.00 annual fee. The credit card agreement promises various benefits including purchase/return protection. I had purchased an item on - and unfortunately could not return it since it was pssed 30 days and my credit card return protection allows this benefit & lt ; 90 days from purchase. I called chase to make a claim according to the promised benefit l, however after nearly 2 hours and 8 transfers I am being told by chase that I did not have this benefit. Which is clearly not the case. They still advertise this still on their website and in the credit card agreement that hey had sent. The customer service and the responses that i got from the benefits adminstrators was absolutely horrendous.
