- is claiming on my Chapter - Bankruptcy for a credit card that stated was charged off on -/-/- and showing the last payment/transaction date of -/-/-. I have not made any payments since at the latest -/-/- ( probably -/-/- ), so this account 's statue of limitations has ran out and should NOT be included in claims for payment in my Chapter -. This was included in a group of dead '' debts what were purchased from - - -. I have disputed this debt several times and it had been removed from my credit bureau years ago, and now they have filed for Proof of Claim. I have not received ANY letters from this company in years.
