- insurance company is charging me an extra month of coverage that I did not used. The collection agency asked me for proof I had insurance coverage through another company to discard the claim, and I sent it to them -. The agent said that if I did n't hear from them in the following two weeks it would have been cleared and two months later they started harassing me again. They once again asked me for proof, I sent it, they confirmed that they had received it and now they started calling me again.
