Financial Asset Management Systems ( FAMS ) has continued to threaten to restart interest on my student loans which is currently at 0.01 %. FAMS has repeatedly threatened to restart interest at 8 % in order to continue to get payments from me which is an flagrant violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. FAMS has continued to threaten me that they could restart the interest to 8 % if they do n't get payment from me which is an abusive practice and violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. FAMS continues to make these threats as a coercion tactic to get money from me. These practices are flagrant violations of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.
