JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Went on line to pay my Credit card in Full - wording says- to pay in full - I paid in full but when I got my bill there was still a finance charge applied - why did they say to pay in full??? Also my statement has the same verbiage - shows I should have a - balance but they still are charging interest
