Company continues to attempt to collect on a debt erroneously placed for collection AFTER original account balance was discharged in bankruptcy. Company continues to report account to credit reporting agencies, although debt was discharged via bankruptcy in - 2013. Have contacted Consumer Reporting Agencies following instructions on their websites ; have contacted this creditor directly via telephone and certified mail. Requesting company to immediately halt collection efforts and have all information regarding this account removed from credit report.
