TD Bank Credit card department,
I recently was approved for a Target credit card. When I went to the company 's website to sign up for online account management I was not allowed to sign up because I would not agree to receive all communication, including monthly billing statements electronically. In addition, I would also have to agree to pay my credit card bill through their website. I declined to sign up. I believe this is unfair.
