The creditor refused to respond to my request of them to validate the debt pursuant to the FDCPA 15 USC 1692g Sec 809 - b ). The request I made was on - -, 2015, and to date they have refused to respond. Even worse, they placed this account for collection on my - Credit report. These bully tactics on the part of this creditor are a clear violation of the FCRA & the FDCPA, and serve to only defame my character & ruin my otherwise good name. The request I sent was sent Registered, Return Receipt '' and you 'll notice that I have proof that the creditor not only received my letter, but they read it & still refused to respond. Please help. I have no where else to turn for help.
