Payday loan Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine California

These people keeps calling for a payday loan that I never applied for. Threatening me with civil actions if I do not pay. Calling my family about this payday loan and threatening them with civil action. Everyday calling me and leaving me computer messages. These people are horrible scammers please help.
